Snow! You blow off your sidewalk and driveway, but the snow keeps falling and you have to start the whole process over again. Your snow blower can’t keep up, and there’s still a lot of winter left. Give yourself a break, and get the ProVantage ATV Snow Plow System by Warn.
Designed to work with most ATV’s and Side x Side’s, the ProVantage Plow System by Warn will make quick work of your biggest plowing job. The simple 4-step process is easy to purchase and assemble on your ATV.
The first step is to choose your plow mounting kit. Warn offers a front plow mounting kit or a center plow mounting kit. The front plow mounting kit offers rapid connection, with an easy-on and easy-off design thanks to a self-locating pin design. As stated, the plow mount is located on the front of the vehicle, so there is no need to crawl under your ATV to install the mount. There is also no need to remove the mount during non-plowing season. With the center plow mount, the mounting plate remains attached to the ATV and becomes a structural components that adds strength and rigidity to the ATV during plowing. It is designed for high ground clearance and quick installation or removal.
The next step is to select your plow base. The Warn plow base assembly features an extra wide design for increased stability and durability, a forward trip system, and an interlocked rotating base plate for great strength, outstanding durability, and excellent impact resistance. The optional Power Pivot allows your plow blade to rotate up to 25 degrees at the push of a button, and without having to get up from your seat.
The next step is to choose your plow blade. Warn offers a 54” or 60” tapered plow blade, or 50”, 54” or 60” straight plow blade. The tapered plow blade is designed with an aggressive curved profile to move snow or dirt up and away from the ground. It’s made from 11 gauge steel with extra heavy ribbing for added strength. The straight plow blade is made from 12 gauge steel with heavy duty ribbing and a center cross member for added rigidity. The 54” and 60” plow blades also have top lips with pre-drilled holes for accessory attachment.
Warn also has a new Bucket Coversion Kit which turns your straight plow blade into a bucket loader. This allows you to scoop up the snow and dump it into an out-of-the way area.
The last step is to choose your blade raising mechanism. Warn has two options here. You can use your existing Warn Winch (XT15, 25 or 30 is recommended), or if you don’t have a winch, choose the ProVantage Plow Lift. The ProVantage Plow Lift effortlessly lifts your ATV plow without needing to use your winch. It has optimized lift speed for grading control, and a screw drive system with plenty of lifting power with low amp draw. It includes all hardware, wiring, and an all-weather handlebar mounted switch. It has a compact design that will work with your Warn ATV plow system, whether it is old or new. It has a high enough lift to go over curbs and piles of snow.
Warn’s ProVantage Plow System also works great as an agriculture plow, quickly moving gravel, mulch, dirt or sand. All plow blades are powder-coated to prevent the material from sticking to the blade.
